My left collarbone sticks out more on the left side and sits higher than the right, causing constant pain in my right shoulder when I stand for long periods. Can this be fixed with exercises or would I need surgery? Also, could this affect my posture in the long run?

It's important to consult with a medical professional or physical therapist to accurately diagnose the cause of your collarbone and shoulder pain. However, exercises and potential surgery are possible treatment options

I've been dealing with osteoarthritis and want to improve my knee health without jumping into surgery right away what are some ways to recover naturally and extend the life of my knees?
To naturally improve knee health with osteoarthritis and delay or avoid surgery, focus on managing pain, improving mobility, and strengthening the muscles around your knees. This can be achieved through a combination of low-impact exercise, weight management, and potentially the use of supplements and pain relief methods.

I'm dealing with a mild disc bulge at the L5S1 level and kind of confused about which specialist to see. Should I go to an orthopedic doctor or a neurosurgeon for this? Any advice would be really appreciated.
For a mild disc bulge at the L5-S1 level, it's recommended to consult an Orthopedic Doctor (Orthopedic Spine Specialist) initially, as they can assess and manage most spinal conditions, including disc bulges; if surgery is required or if there are neurological concerns, your orthopedic doctor may refer you to a Neurosurgeon for further evaluation and treatment.
