I'm 16 and have bow legs with an O shape curvature is there any way to straighten them without surgery I'm really worried about how they look and if it can be fixed naturally

While you may not be able to "fix" the bone structure of your legs naturally at age 16, you can improve muscle strength, flexibility, and overall alignment, which can make your legs appear straighter and reduce associated pain. Exercises, stretching, and potentially bracing can help manage the condition and improve your overall well-being

Unless it causing problems- don’t have it removed. Share the x rays. It will cost around Indian rupees 50000 rupees . If use anchors it will be around 80000 rupees. Cost varies depending on the hospitals
