I'm 16 and have bow legs with an O shape curvature is there any way to straighten them without surgery I'm really worried about how they look and if it can be fixed naturally

I'm really worried about my knee. I hurt it while walking and now I can't seem to stand up straight on just one knee. The pain is intense, like a shock every time I try to walk after the injury.
