Got my USG report and it shows some grade issues - at my age should I consider surgery or are there other treatment options that might work better for me?

View allI have a 65mm complex cyst in my right adnexa that seems to be ovarian in origin. My doctor recommended surgery but I'm not sure if it's really necessary. Are there any risks if I go ahead with the procedure? What could happen if I don't get it removed?

I'm feeling a lot of pain in my right breast, especially when I press on it. It also feels really hard, kind of like a gland. Should I be worried about this, and what could it possibly mean?
