Had a circumcision 10 days back but still feeling numbness in my penis with no sensitivity. My urine flow is also weaker than usual. When can I expect normal sensation to return and will this affect my sex life later?

It's understandable to be concerned about the numbness and weaker urine flow after circumcision. Numbness is a common and temporary experience, and it can take time for sensitivity to fully return. Weaker urine flow could be due to swelling or inflammation, and in some cases, a tight bandage might be contributing to urinary retention

View allI'm 26 and just got married. A few months ago, I went to the urologist because I was having pain in my testicles, and they said I have a bilateral grade 2 varicocele. They suggested taking ibuprofen whenever it hurts but also mentioned it could affect fertility. The doctor said if my wife and I don't conceive within a year, I might need to consider surgery. Lately, I've been feeling some pain after intercourse and during bowel movements, and even when I touch my testicles, it hurts a lot. Plus, I've been having digestive problems, waking up with gas and loose stools in the morning. I'm wondering if any alternative medicine might help with all this. Do you have any advice or suggestions?
it's better to get operated for varicocele, follow your doctor advice do not neglect.and maintain healthy lifestyle.

My frenulum got cut during sex with my girlfriend and now there's just a little pain left. Is this normal, or should I see a doctor?
Give it a rest for a week, that is no sex or masturbation, it should heal just fine as it doesn't sound deep. Avoid putting any type of cream on it just keep it clean and dry as possible and you will be fine... Don't apply cream as it keeps the wound moist and it will not heal for ages. Stop sex etc and if you see no improvement then as bad as it seems, you need to seek medical advice. .

I'm really concerned about whether spermatorrhea is more of a psychological issue or an actual disease. Also, how can it be treated? Additionally, I'm confused about how to figure out if semen is being passed through my urine. Could you give me some guidance on this?
Spermatorrhea is typically not a disease but a condition where semen is involuntarily released, often due to psychological stress, anxiety, or physical causes like excessive sexual activity. It can be managed through a combination of lifestyle changes, stress reduction, and sometimes medication. To confirm if semen is passing with urine, a physical examination or urine test may be necessary to assess the presence of semen.
