Thinking about getting penis enlargement and girth enhancement surgery but I'm not sure about the cost. Also, are there any other ways to increase size without going under the knife?

Penis enlargement surgery, including both lengthening and girth enhancement, can be costly, with prices varying depending on the procedure and location. Non-surgical methods like dermal fillers, vacuum devices, and penile extenders offer temporary or gradual increases, but there's no guaranteed or permanent way to enlarge the penis without surgery, though some studies suggest limited success with devices

View allI'm thinking about using Emla cream to help with premature ejaculation, and I saw it contains lidocaine and prilocaine. Is this safe to use for this purpose? I'm just a bit concerned and would like some advice on whether it's a good idea or if there are any risks I should be aware of.
Emla cream is not typically used for premature ejaculation. It is a topical anesthetic cream commonly used to numb the skin before certain medical procedures. For premature ejaculation, medications like dapoxetine (Priligy) can be more effective.

I've been feeling this burning sensation inside the skin of my penis after masturbating, and it's kind of worrying me. Plus, after a while, there's this white substance that appears when I move the skin, and honestly, it's pretty uncomfortable and making it hard for me to masturbate. What could this be, and should I be concerned about it?
it might be some fungal infection, keep that area clean. Avoid moisture in that area
