Had ZSR stapler circumcision 7 days ago but the pain hasn't gone down yet. They said I could get back to normal routine in 3 days but the pain is still too much. How long does it usually take to feel normal after this surgery?

ZSR pain usually eases in 7–10 days; if severe, see your surgeon for pain management.

I've been circumcised for about a month now and I'm wondering if it's okay to use aloe vera gel on the wound. Does it help speed up healing or reduce scarring? Or is there a better gel or cream I should consider for a circumcised wound?

I'm a bit concerned because every time I masturbate, I get this sweet ache in my testes afterwards. I do it pretty often and I'm wondering if that's something I need to be worried about. Is there a specific diet or anything I can do to improve my health and boost my immunity? I'm also quite skinny, so I'm curious if over-masturbation could cause any issues for me down the line, and what kind of problems those might be.
