Having lower back pain that sometimes shoots down my legs but no tingling or numbness. My MRI report shows some issues do you think this can heal without surgery or will I need an operation?

View allI've been dealing with cervical issues for about a year now with symptoms like neck pain, stiffness, occasional numbness in my hands, and headaches. Can bone spurs be removed through surgery and how safe is the procedure?
I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

Can an MRI show if a tendon is completely torn or just damaged and is it possible to heal a damaged tendon without surgery
Yes, an MRI can differentiate between a completely torn (ruptured) tendon and a partially torn or damaged tendon. It can also help determine the extent of the tear and assess any associated injuries, like avulsion fractures. Many damaged tendons can heal without surgery, especially partial tears, through conservative treatment options like rest, bracing, physical therapy, and potentially injections

I'm a 40-year-old from Hyderabad and my MRI showed tears in the medial and lateral meniscus of my left knee along with an ACL tear. The report mentions an oblique tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, a grade II horizontal tear in the lateral meniscus, and a full-thickness mid-substance ACL tear with some retraction. I consulted two orthopedic doctors one recommended arthroscopy for ACL and meniscus repair, while the other said only the meniscus needs surgery since I work in IT and have a sedentary lifestyle. Can these meniscus tears heal on their own without surgery What should be my next steps given my age and daily routine
ortho opinion is advised to the patient at apollo hospital.
