Fever with body pain could suggest viral illness like dengue or chikungunya. If symptoms persist, do a CBC, dengue NS1, and CRP. Continue hydration and paracetamol. If report is abnormal, consult a doctor.

I recently had some tests done. My main symptoms are feeling feverish (slightly warm body), weakness/loss of energy, and slight giddiness. My reports show: ESR is 27 (normal 0 to 19), increased RBC (erythrocytosis), increased platelets (thrombocytosis), and very low Vitamin D3 (7.54).
