Having temperature 102 with joint pain and back pain for 4 days though taken medicines. Request for suggestions whether it could cause any disease? Attaching blood test report.

Fever with body pain could suggest viral illness like dengue or chikungunya. If symptoms persist, do a CBC, dengue NS1, and CRP. Continue hydration and paracetamol. If report is abnormal, consult a doctor.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Dengue NS1 Antigen - Elisa Test
