I am a 47 year old female and have been suffering from mild fever for the last 15 days. The fever is around 99.0 to 99.3, gets normal in the morning, and returns during the day. I have done all tests, and there is no urine infection or any problem in the blood tests. What could be the reason for this?

Persistent low grade fever could be due to hidden infection, early autoimmune disorder, or thyroid issues. Fever pattern suggests a non acute but chronic process. No urinary or routine blood findings implies deeper screening is needed. Menopause or perimenopause can sometimes cause temperature dysregulation. Monitor symptoms like weight loss, night sweats, joint pain, or fatigue to aid diagnosis.

View allAfter a high fever, I have severe itching that I am unable to control. All night and day I do not get a single moment of relief. A blood test report shows hemoglobin 10.4 gm percent and ESR (Wintrobe) 38 mm/st. There are no malaria or dengue symptoms. The physician said it is one of the typhoid symptoms, but in typhoid there should not be an itching problem. What could this be?

I have been suffering from fever and body aches for the past 2 days. What should I do? Do I need to get a blood test done?

My baby is 10 months old and his weight is 8 kg. Now he is suffering from a running nose with fever and cough. We checked the baby temperature and it was 102 degrees. Fever is coming and it has continued for six days. Today the urine pus cell test report shows 3 to 6 hpf and the CRP test result shows a positive reaction in 1:8 dilution and CRP concentration is 4.8 mg/dl. What should I do?
