He is having fever with temperature ranging from 98 to 103. Blood report is normal and malaria is negative. He also has cold and reddish eyes. Please suggest.

My husband has had a continuous fever for the past 3 days, with temperatures ranging from 98.8F to 100.5F. He also has cold and cough. Blood tests for malaria and typhoid are normal.
