I recently did an NS1 dengue test, which came out negative. Unsatisfied with the result, I repeated the test at a different clinic, and it showed a Dengue NS1 Antigen ratio of 3.5. All other parameters, such as platelet count and blood pressure, are normal. Can someone explain what this result means in detail, and what steps I should take next?

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing headache, eye pain, fever, stomach pain, red skin spots, body pain, leg pain, and occasional nosebleeds. Four days ago, I consulted a doctor, underwent a CBC test, and was told it was viral fever. However, now I have noticed red skin spots and rare nosebleeds, which are making me concerned.
