I have been experiencing fever for the past 3 days, along with muscle and back pain, cold, and headache. On the first day, an MBBS doctor prescribed Cefixime and Cetrizine + Phenylephrine. On the third day, I had a lab test, which showed: RBC, PCV, and platelet counts slightly below normal No parasites detected Could you please advise what these results indicate and if any further treatment or investigations are needed?

I have had a fever since last Sunday. Blood tests showed: Dengue NS1 Antigen is Positive, IgM Antibodies is Negative, IgG Antibodies is Positive.
