I just received my father blood test report and the results say IGG negative, IGM positive, and NS1 antigen negative. Does that mean he is diagnosed with dengue virus?

IgM positive suggests recent dengue infection. NS1 negative may indicate its past the early stage. Monitor fever, hydration, and platelets. Seek immediate care if symptoms worsen.

I have been experiencing fever for the past 3 days, along with muscle and back pain, cold, and headache. On the first day, an MBBS doctor prescribed Cefixime and Cetrizine + Phenylephrine.
