Hello Doctor, according to my dates I should be 7 weeks pregnant but my report says there is no pregnancy. I did not get my period due to hormonal imbalance. What causes hormonal imbalance? I am attaching my report. Please guide?

Hormonal imbalance can be caused by PCOS, thyroid issues, stress or weight changes. Irregular periods may delay ovulation. Do the required hormonal profile including TSH, LH, FSH, and prolactin.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a FSH,LH & Prolactin, Serum Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

View allWe are based in Hyderabad and got married. Recently, we underwent a full set of fertility tests. My results showed FSH is 10.9, LH is 14.75, Testosterone is 6.89, TSH is 4.86, Estradiol is 67, and my semen analysis showed azoospermia. Based on this, the doctor has advised ICSI treatment. I would like to know if there is still any chance for a natural pregnancy.

Hello, I am attaching my medical report and would appreciate it if you could help me understand the main issue so I can begin appropriate treatment. The doctor mentioned that I have a gallbladder stone, a kidney stone, and an endometriotic cyst, and said these conditions may make it difficult for me to conceive. I have been prescribed the following medications for pain management, Calpol 500 mg (2 tablets, three times a day), Naprosyn 500 mg (twice a day), Tramazac 50 mg (three times a day), and Pantop 40 mg (to be taken on an empty stomach). I am quite worried and would like to know if any of these conditions are serious and what should be my next steps.
