Hello Doctor, according to my dates I should be 7 weeks pregnant but my report says there is no pregnancy. I did not get my period due to hormonal imbalance. What causes hormonal imbalance? I am attaching my report. Please guide?

Hormonal imbalance can be caused by PCOS, thyroid issues, stress or weight changes. Irregular periods may delay ovulation. Do the required hormonal profile including TSH, LH, FSH, and prolactin.

Dr. Siri Suggests...

Take a FSH,LH & Prolactin, Serum Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

My gynecologist has asked me to undergo a follicular study. I have taken four scans starting from the 5th day of my menstrual cycle. The scan on the 13th day reported the right follicle as 26 mm and the left follicle as 12 mm. How long will it take for the follicle to rupture? Is there any problem with my report?

I am 37 years old. I have acne on face upper back and neck. I had acne problem for a long time. It used to appear more during the start of menstrual cycle but recently after pregnancy my baby is 6 months old now the problem has accelerated. During pregnancy one of my reports showed PCOS in right ovary. I conceived naturally and no treatment was taken. I consulted an allopathic doctor who said it is due to hormonal changes and prescribed Persol gel but I feel it is not effective. Please suggest some medicine? I want to get rid of acne.

I want to share a health concern regarding my wife. She had an abortion on 4th March. After a long gap, her menstruation resumed on 16th May. During this time, we have undergone various tests based on the advice of doctor, and we have also consulted her regarding the test reports. I would like advice regarding the problems she experiences just before and during her periods, which include vomiting and urinary tract infections that continue during menstruation. What could be the reasons for these symptoms, and what steps should we take to manage them?
