I want to share a health concern regarding my wife. She had an abortion on 4th March. After a long gap, her menstruation resumed on 16th May. During this time, we have undergone various tests based on the advice of doctor, and we have also consulted her regarding the test reports. I would like advice regarding the problems she experiences just before and during her periods, which include vomiting and urinary tract infections that continue during menstruation. What could be the reasons for these symptoms, and what steps should we take to manage them?

Delayed cycle post abortion is common. Urinary infection and hormonal fluctuations may cause symptoms. Do urine test, consult gynecologist.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Urine Routine Test Test or Take a FSH,LH & Prolactin, Serum Test
