Hello Doctor. I faced coronavirus symptoms and did not go for any test, but now I have fully recovered. After 4 weeks, I took an antibody test by Thyrocare. My IgG antibody level is 1.89 and total antibody level is 4.34. I want to ask if the level of antibodies is low and will I be safe from future coronavirus infections? My second question is when should I go for the vaccine? I have also attached my test report. Please have a look.

Your antibody levels are modest and may not provide strong future protection. Vaccination is advised 4 to 8 weeks post infection for robust immunity. Please take the vaccine accordingly.

View allI tested COVID negative last month, but I had all the COVID symptoms and all my family members were positive, so it was most likely a false negative. Now, if my antibody test shows that I was actually infected with the virus, can I donate plasma based on that antibody test report?

I have done an Antibody IgM ELISA test for my mom and dad after both doses of vaccination and after they recovered from COVID 19, but the test results show no antibodies. Can you please explain the report interpretation and is there anything to worry about?
