Hello Doctor. My sister child is 1 month old and has not gained weight. Doctors prescribed blood and urine tests, mainly related to the liver. I have attached the results. Can you please let me know what the issue is?

In a 1 month old with no weight gain, liver tests help check for jaundice, infections, bile duct blockage, or metabolic issues. If bilirubin or liver enzymes are high, it may suggest neonatal hepatitis or bile flow issues needing monitoring or treatment. Ensure the baby is breastfeeding 8 to 10 times daily and passing urine regularly. Share the report with your pediatrician for next steps. If not done yet, do Liver Function Test (LFT) and Ultrasound Abdomen.

I am suffering from a dry cough, and my blood report shows SGPT 60.5. Is there any connection between this and bronchovascular lung disease?
