Hello Doctor, my sperm motility is around 10 percent, which I found out recently after a semen analysis test. I have been feeling depressed since I came to know this. There is no problem with erection or premature ejaculation, but after the semen analysis test, I feel I cannot have a baby. Please advise, Doctors. Thank you in advance. 10 percent motility is low, but treatment can improve it. Causes: stress, heat exposure, smoking, infections. Lifestyle changes and meds can help. Do Repeat Semen Analysis, Hormone Profile, Scrotal USG. See andrologist or fertility specialist.
