My wife and I have been married for 2 years and have not been able to conceive. My semen report shows: Volume: 2 ml Sperm count: 85 million/ml Active sperm: 60 percent Sluggish sperm: 10 percent Dead sperm: 30 percent Are these results normal? My wife tests are all normal. We have tried many times without success. Please suggest what we should do next?

Your semen report is within normal limits. Continue timed intercourse or consider IUI after 6to12 months of trying. Track ovulation. Repeat Semen Analysis and Hormone Panel for confirmation. Wife: check AMH, LH/FSH, TSH, Pelvic USG.

Hello Doctor, my sperm motility is around 10 percent, which I found out recently after a semen analysis test. I have been feeling depressed since I came to know this. I am 20 years old. I did a total testosterone test at Dr. Lal Path Labs, and I think my testosterone level is low. My result shows 257.63 ng/dl. Could you please help me interpret this report?
