Hello Doctor, please review my semen analysis report: Quantity: 2 ml Colour: Pearly white Liquefaction time: 30 minutes Total sperm count: 10 million/ml Motility: 10 percent (sluggish 15 percent , non motile 75 percent ) Morphology: 50 percent (abnormal 25 percent, immature 25 percent) Epithelial cells: seen/hpf Pus cells: 10 to 15/hpf RBC: seen/hpf Kindly advise me regarding this report at the earliest

My wife and I have been married for 2 years and have not been able to conceive. My semen report shows: Volume: 2 ml Sperm count: 85 million/ml Active sperm: 60 percent Sluggish sperm: 10 percent Dead sperm: 30 percent Are these results normal? My wife tests are all normal. I am 20 years old. I did a total testosterone test at Dr. Lal Path Labs, and I think my testosterone level is low. My result shows 257.63 ng/dl. Could you please help me interpret this report?
