My husband has undergone two seminal fluid tests, one after 2 weeks and another after 2 months to check for azoospermia. I would like help interpreting these reports and understanding what the results indicate.

If no sperm found in both tests, azoospermia is confirmed. Further evaluation is needed to know if it is obstructive or non obstructive. Consult a fertility specialist. Hormonal profile & Scrotal USG is a must.

View allHello Doctor, my sperm motility is around 10 percent, which I found out recently after a semen analysis test. I have been feeling depressed since I came to know this. There is no problem with erection or premature ejaculation, but after the semen analysis test, I feel I cannot have a baby. Please advise, Doctors. Thank you in advance. I have attached my semen analysis report.

Hi Doctor, I took Saw Palmetto and Beta Sitosterol 500 mg to reduce my DHT. Since then, I have been experiencing sexual problems. I consulted a urologist who found my testicles are slightly small in size and volume by USG and Doppler. My testosterone level is 3.38 ng/ml. SHBG and diabetes levels are normal. I do not have anxiety. I can get an erection during masturbation, but the problem is that my testicles are small, I have no libido, and I do not ejaculate properly, it is just one drop. I have been facing this problem since I took Saw Palmetto. I stopped taking it, but the side effects are still the same. Should I go for hCG therapy or TRT? Whom should I consult, a urologist or an endocrinologist?
