I recently received my semen test report, which mentions teratozoospermia and shows a sperm morphology of 3 percent. I would like to know if this is a serious issue and whether it can be treated or improved.

A 3 percent morphology may reduce fertility, but treatment options are available. Lifestyle changes and antioxidants may help. Consult a fertility specialist to explore treatment options. Consider getting Hormonal profile done and repeat semen analysis.

View allHi Doctor, I took Saw Palmetto and Beta Sitosterol 500 mg to reduce my DHT. Since then, I have been experiencing sexual problems. I consulted a urologist who found my testicles are slightly small in size and volume by USG and Doppler. My testosterone level is 3.38 ng/ml. SHBG and diabetes levels are normal. I do not have anxiety. I can get an erection during masturbation, but the problem is that my testicles are small, I have no libido, and I do not ejaculate properly, it is just one drop. I have been facing this problem since I took Saw Palmetto. I stopped taking it, but the side effects are still the same. Should I go for hCG therapy or TRT? Whom should I consult, a urologist or an endocrinologist?

Hi, Dear Doctor, My recent semen analysis report shows azoospermia. I would like to know what steps I can take next. Is a testicular biopsy beneficial in my case? I also want to mention that up until the age of 25, my sperm quantity and quality were different from what they are today. For the past 15 years, I have been on medication for schizophrenia. Could this have affected my condition? Please guide me with your suggestions. Thank you.
