Hello, I have been taking Methimez 10 mg twice a day for hyperthyroidism for the past 5 months. I also have a thyroid nodule. Last week, my blood report showed a high increase in TSH level. What is the solution to bring my TSH back to normal?

A high TSH while on Methimez suggests possible overcorrection to hypothyroidism. Dose adjustment is needed. Consult your endocrinologist for repeat T3, T4, and dose revision.

I was diagnosed with thyroid issues during pregnancy. I delivered in March, and one month later, my TSH was 6.32. My doctor advised me to continue Thyronorm for the next 3 months. Two days ago, I rechecked my thyroid, and my TSH has doubled. I am concerned about whether this will affect my baby, as I am breastfeeding. I have read that thyroid levels can affect a baby IQ, is this true?

I recently had a thyroid test and would like to know if the results are normal. I think my T3 might be slightly low. Could you please review my report and let me know? I would be thankful.
