I am overweight and trying to reduce my weight, but I am not seeing quick results. My periods are regular. Is this fine? What else can I do to maintain regular periods?

It is good your periods are still regular despite being overweight. This suggests hormones are mostly balanced. However, weight loss takes time. Aim for slow, steady weight loss with 30 to 45 min daily exercise and balanced meals. Include more protein and fiber, avoid sugar and junk food. Consult a dietitian for personal guidance.

8 months back my TSH was 4.5 and I am taking 87.5 mg for the past 2 years. Today my TSH is 9. My doctor is out of town. Can you please check my report and tell me if I can go for 100 mg and for how many months? Because my doctor keeps switching in between 87.5 and 100 mg. Does TSH level increase during monthly cycle?
