Hello, my egg ruptured. Since then, I have had a slightly high body temperature, mild pain on the left side of my abdomen, a little headache, and back pain. Could I be pregnant? Can a pregnancy test be done just 3 days after ovulation? Please advise.

Mild pain and temperature rise are common after ovulation. Pregnancy cannot be detected just 3 days after egg rupture. Wait at least 10 to 12 days after ovulation to take a test. Do a Beta hCG blood test after a week for early detection. Track symptoms, and avoid stress.
