Hello, my HBsAg result is non reactive, and my Anti HBs value is 1.21 mIU per mL. What does this mean. I have attached my report for your review. Could you please check.

HBsAg non reactive means there is no active hepatitis B infection. However, Anti HBs value below 10 mIU per ml suggests you are not immune and may benefit from vaccination.

View allRecently I came to know that I have hepatitis B during blood donation and my blood report shows HBsAg greater than 280 IU per ml reactive. Please help me understand what this means and how I can know whether it is acute, chronic, or inactive carrier state. I am very scared and want to know how to overcome this situation.
