Hi, I am frequently getting itches on my palms and joint pains. My latest blood report shows HBsAg reactive status.

HBsAg reactive indicates hepatitis B infection. Joint pain and rashes may be immune related. Please consult a hepatologist. Do the required liver function tests and viral load.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a LIVER FUNCTION TEST (LFT) Test or Take a HBV DNA QUALITATIVE Test

View allI tested HBsAg positive, and my doctor informed me that I was an inactive carrier. My liver function test values have been normal. Recently, I have been experiencing abdominal pain. My latest LFT remains normal, but an ultrasound showed hepatomegaly with a liver size of 162 mm. My SGPT is 40, SGOT is 24, and my HBV viral load is 9,000. I am attaching my report for your review. Please advise what treatment I require.
