Hey, I was cleaning my ear today and I think some cotton got stuck in there. Do you know how I might be able to get it out? Is there any medicine or something I can use for this? Im kinda worried about it.

View allI'm really struggling with this whole not smoking thing after my tonsil removal. I've been smoking about 15 cigarettes a day, and now the past couple of days without them are just killing me. The NRT options aren't helping much either. My doctor mentioned something about my bleeding risk going from 2 to 3 if I smoke, but that doesn't entirely make sense to me. I'm trying to find out what the absolute minimum time is before I can start smoking again. Honestly, quitting for good isn't an option for me, and going two weeks without smoking seems nearly impossible. Any advice?
no you have to quit smoking

I've been yelling at my sister earlier for about 5 minutes, and now my voice feels really tired and my throat, or maybe my vocal cords, are kind of sore. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
No need to worry take warm water and rest your voice for some time u will feel better.

I've been having this sharp pin-pricking sensation in my throat whenever I swallow saliva. It usually happens the first time after it goes away, but then the same pain comes back after a little while. It's been like this for the past two weeks. Could you tell me what's going on and what I should do?
