I've been yelling at my sister earlier for about 5 minutes, and now my voice feels really tired and my throat, or maybe my vocal cords, are kind of sore. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

View allI've been dealing with a sore throat off and on for about 1.5 to 2 months now. Sometimes, it lasts for about 4 to 5 days with cold and fever happening every couple of weeks. I'm trying to manage it by gargling hot water regularly and I've avoided cold drinks and ice creams during this time. Can you offer any advice or suggest what might be going on?
Your recurring sore throat, accompanied by cold and fever, could be due to a lingering viral or bacterial infection, allergies, or environmental factors, and despite your efforts to manage symptoms, consider consulting an ENT specialist for a thorough examination, and potentially, a throat swab or blood tests to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics, antivirals, or anti-allergic medications.

I'm dealing with Meniere's disease and I've noticed that whenever I take Vertin, my dizziness, shakiness, and ear fullness get much better. But when I skip it, these symptoms really kick in. Is it okay if I take Vertin every day to manage this, or should I just deal with the dizziness? A 16mg dose per day seems to work well for me.
YES you can take vertin tablet for long periods also no problem.

I've had this uncomfortable feeling because a chicken bone got stuck in my throat. I tried eating a banana and some bread with butter, but it didn't really help. I went to the emergency doctor at the government hospital, and they advised me to see a specialist the next day. After an X-ray, they said there was no bone in my throat, but now it's been six days and I'm still feeling pain in my throat and ear. Another doctor gave me azithromycin 500 mg and brufen, but I'm not getting any relief. What should I do next?
take azithromycin for 3 days, drink oral fluids.
