Hey, I'm a 14-year-old guy and I've been going through something weird recently. Every time I masturbate, I get these super sharp, cramp-like pains in my stomach. It lasts for about a minute or so, and if I move around too much, I get the pain again but it feels like it's moving up towards my chest. I usually do it every day, so I'm kinda worried and wondering what's going on. Any idea what this could be?

Overexcitement_: Rushing into intercourse can lead to premature ejaculation. 2. Lack of control: Insufficient practice in controlling ejaculation can contribute to the issue. 3. Performance anxiety: Fear of not satisfying your partner can exacerbate the problem.

Solutions

  1. Practice relaxation techniques: Regular relaxation practices, such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation, can help reduce anxiety and improve control.
  2. Exercise pelvic floor muscles: Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles through Kegel exercises can help improve ejaculation control.
  3. Use the "stop-start" technique: During intercourse, stop when you feel close to ejaculation, wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then resume.
  4. Try the "squeeze" technique: When you feel close to ejaculation, squeeze the base of your penis or the head of your penis to delay ejaculation.
  5. Consider counseling or therapy: A sex therapist or counselor can help you address underlying issues and develop strategies to improve your sexual performance.
  6. Topical anesthetics or delay sprays: Certain products, like lidocaine or benzocaine sprays, can help reduce sensitivity and delay ejaculation.

Remember

  1. Communicate with your partner: Openly discuss your concerns and work together to find solutions.
  2. Practice patience and persistence: Overcoming premature ejaculation takes time and effort.

I've been measuring and my penis is around 7.5 inches which seems decent, but I'm noticing it looks a bit thinner than I'd like. I'm really curious, is there a way to increase its thickness?

It's normal for penises to vary in shape and size. While there are no guaranteed methods to increase thickness significantly, exercises like jelqing or treatments such as dermal fillers may help, but it's best to consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice and to address any concerns.

I've had this issue with my left testicle for about 5 months now and I'm really worried. Three doctors gave me different opinions one said I need surgery, another said it's just filled with dirty stuff and gave me pain meds. I work a lot lifting heavy cartons (30-50 kg), go to the gym, run fast for 20 minutes, and cycle 5-10 km weekly. I also have sex once a week, sometimes with condoms, sometimes without, plus hand jobs. I smoke sheesha twice a week. My left ball still hurts should I get surgery or just wait? Looking for a good doctor in Mumbai to fix this. My English isn't great, sorry.

Your left testicle in particular is more vulnerable to a number of conditions, such as varicoceles, caused by vein problems, and testicular torsion, which is a twisting of the testicle inside the scrotum.kindly consult urologist

I'm having some pain in my left testicle and penis, and after seeing a urologist, they told me to get a sonography. It turns out I have a grade 1 varicocele. Is there any way to treat this without surgery? Any advice would be really appreciated.
