Hey, I'm wondering about using a nebulizer for someone with an oxygen level of 92-93% without a mask. The doctor mentioned Duolin and Budecort. Should these be mixed together when using the nebulizer or should they be administered separately?

You can mix Duolin and Budecort in the nebulizer, as they are often used together to help with breathing. However, it's important to follow your doctor's instructions on the exact doses and timing. If his oxygen levels are 92-93 without the mask, it might be worth monitoring closely and considering supplemental oxygen as advised by the doctor.

Nebulizer Use and Mixing Medications
- Mixing bronchodilators like Duolin with corticosteroids such as Budecort is common but should be done under medical guidance.
- Ensure compatibility and safety by consulting a healthcare provider.
-
Oxygen Saturation Context

-
Recommendations for Administration
- Consult a Doctor: Before mixing, confirm with a healthcare professional.
- Separate Administration: Often recommended to administer separately unless advised otherwise.
-
When to Seek Medical Advice

View allI'm having a tough time with allergic rhinitis and bronchitis and it's been going on for a while. Lately, I've noticed shallow breathing and that wheezing sound is a real concern. The cough is driving me crazy, it's been three weeks now. Could you tell me which specialist I should see for this?

I've been dealing with wheezing and a cough for the last couple of days, and tonight I took an azithromycin 500 tablet along with a pill that has serratiopeptidase and diclofenac sodium. Now I feel like the wheezing has gotten worse. Should I be worried or change the medication? What should I do next?

I've been dealing with a mild pain in my right chest for the past three months, and I'm starting to worry. I don't have a cough or anything serious like that, but for some reason, I've gotten in the habit of exhaling this white mucus from my right lung and spitting it out, like, over 200 times a day. It feels like I can't stop this habit without feeling a kind of burning sensation in my lung, like something's there and it starts acting up. The mucus is pure white, not bloody, sometimes even gel-like. Could this be causing the chest pain? Should I be worried about this habit?
