Hey, I'm wondering about using a nebulizer for someone with an oxygen level of 92-93% without a mask. The doctor mentioned Duolin and Budecort. Should these be mixed together when using the nebulizer or should they be administered separately?

You can mix Duolin and Budecort in the nebulizer, as they are often used together to help with breathing. However, it's important to follow your doctor's instructions on the exact doses and timing. If his oxygen levels are 92-93 without the mask, it might be worth monitoring closely and considering supplemental oxygen as advised by the doctor.

View allI'm using a Philips Dream Station Auto CPAP machine with an oronasal mask for almost a year now because I have obstructive sleep apnea with an AHI of 31.4. I've been hearing about this black fungus issue caused by prolonged mask use and I'm not sure if I should keep using it. I was diagnosed with Covid back in August 2020, but I was asymptomatic and recovered fine. Can you advise me on whether I should continue using the CPAP machine right now?
you can minimize your risks by maintaining cpap regularly, use distilled water in your humidifier

I've been on tuberculosis treatment for almost 5 months now and haven't had any symptoms for over 4 months. I'm doing these LFT tests every couple of weeks like my doctor suggested, and they've always come back normal. My main concern is about the mediastinal lymph node TB I have. How long do you think Ill need to continue the medication and how does the doctor decide when to stop the treatment? Also, my doctor mentioned having a small bottle of light beer once a week is okay, but I just wanted to double-check if that's really alright.
Patient is advised ATT for another 1 month ,Also alcohol cessation is advised to the patient.

I'm really concerned about my boyfriend. He's been having yellow spit in the mornings for months now. Plus, he's been passing out a lot, and Im scared he might pass out one day and not wake up. He also has bipolar disorder, so panic attacks are part of his life. What's going on with him?
-It sounds like your boyfriend's yellow spit could be related to a few things, like mucus buildup from sinus issues or an infection. His frequent fainting could be linked to his bipolar condition, panic attacks, or a more serious underlying issue like low
