I'm trying to understand the results of my recent HRCT scan, which showed small fibrotic opacity in the right middle lobe. I'm not currently experiencing any health issues, so should I be worried about this finding? Is it something serious?

The HRCT report indicates a small fibrotic opacity in the right middle lobe, which suggests some scarring or fibrosis in the lung tissue. While this could be due to past inflammation or mild injury, it's important to monitor and follow up with your doctor for further evaluation to rule out any underlying conditions. It's not necessarily a serious issue, but it's worth discussing with your healthcare provider.

I'm having some trouble after using Kala hit spray on my balcony; I might've used too much. Ever since then, I've been having breathing problems and discomfort. I saw a cardiologist who ran several tests, like hemoglobin, thyroid, chest x-ray, and echo, but they all came back fine. Even with that, I'm still feeling uneasy and it's hard to breathe. What should I do?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.

I'm really worried about post-COVID lung fibrosis. Is it something that can actually get better over time? I've read online that people with lung fibrosis might only live for 3 to 5 years. What are the symptoms I should be looking out for? I'm feeling pretty anxious and could really use some guidance.
there are medications to cure lung fibrosis
