Hey, I've been dealing with chronic nasal polyps for a while now, and I'm starting to get a bit concerned. Is it possible that these polyps could cause an increase in the pressure in my pulmonary artery? I'm curious because I heard that could be a complication, but I'm not entirely sure. Any thoughts on this?

Chronic nasal polyps can sometimes be associated with a condition called Samter's triad, which includes nasal polyps, asthma, and aspirin sensitivity. In severe cases, this condition can lead to a rare but serious complication known as pulmonary hypertension. Treatment may involve medications such as montelukast (Singulair) to help manage asthma symptoms and potentially prevent complications like pulmonary hypertension. However, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

View allI'm having this crackling noise in my left ear for a while now and it's starting to worry me. I went for an audiometry test and they said everything's normal, but I still can't shake the feeling that something's off. It's especially bad when I use my phone on that sideI can hear things but they sound muffled and unclear. Plus, there's this constant tinnitus that's been bothering me. What could be going on?
The crackling noise, muffled hearing, and tinnitus in your left ear, despite normal audiometry results, suggest possible conditions like Eustachian tube dysfunction, patulous Eustachian tube, or middle ear myoclonus; consider consulting an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist

Looking for a doctor in Ahmedabad who can perform surgery for eagle syndrome with an elongated styloid. I'm unsure whether internal or external surgery is better and safer personally, I'd prefer not to go for external. Any suggestions or feedback on which option might be best?
Eagle syndrome surgery can be done internally or externally; ENT surgeons in Ahmedabad or major cities can advise on the safer option for your case.
