I'm having this issue where my left ear gets really cold whenever I'm in air conditioning or when it's winter, but my right ear feels totally normal. There's also this weird continuous twitch in my left ear during those times. Do you know what might be causing this?

I've been waking up with a dry and sore soft palate every morning for over a year now, especially on colder days. It also tends to get sore and dries out when I'm breathing through my nose without swallowing during the day.
