I'm having this issue where my left ear gets really cold whenever I'm in air conditioning or when it's winter, but my right ear feels totally normal. There's also this weird continuous twitch in my left ear during those times. Do you know what might be causing this?

I have a deviated septum and my nose keeps blocking on either side along with tinnitus and a recurring cough from post nasal drip Cetirizine helps but my ENT recommended surgery Should I go for the surgery or just keep managing symptoms with meds I'm really unsure what to do
