I'm having this issue where my left ear gets really cold whenever I'm in air conditioning or when it's winter, but my right ear feels totally normal. There's also this weird continuous twitch in my left ear during those times. Do you know what might be causing this?

I'm experiencing pain in my throat whenever I swallow saliva, but it seems to be less noticeable when I'm eating or drinking.
