I'm dealing with Allergic Rhinitis Asthma and some level of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I've been using NazomacAF nasal spray in both nostrils every couple of days. Since starting it, my nasal congestion has pretty much vanished and I'm not having any breathing issues. But I'm really curious if it's safe to use this spray long-term when I'm using it once every two days. Also, I haven't seen any improvement with my snoring since I began using it. What should I know about this?

I'm really concerned about a lump I've noticed slightly behind where my left tonsil was removed about 8 years ago. It doesn't hurt and seems to be the same color as the rest of my throat. I don't have any trouble eating, but when I dry swallow or just swallow saliva, it feels like there's phlegm stuck in my throat. It's been there for a couple of months now, and I'm just so aware of it all the time. Is it something I should be worried about, like throat cancer? I've attached a picture too.

No need to worry, that could be normal lymphnodes or mucus retention cyst, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm really concerned because I've had this sore throat for about two months now. It's red at the back and hurts a bit when I swallow. I've seen a couple of doctors alreadyfirst, I had a throat culture which was negative, then the ENT specialist prescribed calithromycin or cliff tablets, plus a gastric tablet and painkiller, but that didnt help at all. At RML hospital, they suggested amoxicillin for 6 days and sefixime for 5 days, still no relief. I read somewhere that it might be post-nasal drip and was advised to try an anti-allergy tablet and a steroid nasal spray. Can you suggest any specific nasal sprays or antiallergy tablets that might help?

Take anti-allergic tab and steroid nasal spray for 3weeks...it seems it's due to post nasal drip...

I've been having this recurring sore throat and dry cough gale ki kharash that shows up every few months. It's becoming quite bothersome and I'm starting to worry. What could be causing this, and is there anything I should do or change to prevent it from coming back?
