Hi Doc, this is my report. My total sperm count is 18 million per ml, with 0 percent active motile, 30 percent slowly motile, and 70 percent non motile or dead. Can you please explain what this means?

I have been facing this problem for the last one year. I have taken a lot of antibiotics and also homeopathy medicine. I have done all tests (blood, sugar, pelvic and Pap smear, and USG of lower abdomen), and the reports were perfectly okay. But I am still suffering from this problem.
