Hi Doctor, earlier the doctor mentioned that he has heart problems and prescribed medicines. Later, we were told it was thyroid related, and now the doctor is saying it is a liver infection. We feel we are not getting a clear solution or proper guidance. Please advise us on what should be done next.

When multiple health issues are mentioned (heart, thyroid, liver), its important to get a comprehensive evaluation from a specialist. Sometimes symptoms overlap, and without full tests, diagnosis may change. Consider a second opinion with all past reports and a full body review. This will help connect all findings and give a clear treatment path. Please get the following tests done: CBC, LFT, RFT, ECG, ECHO, TSH, USG Abdomen

Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a LIVER FUNCTION TEST (LFT) Test

I am 67 years old and have been experiencing chest pain. My blood report shows a low count of monocytes, and my chest X ray shows no signs of any problem. I believe the chest pain might be due to acidity.

I have had a 100 degrees Fahrenheit fever for the past several days, sometimes normal and sometimes 100 degrees Fahrenheit again, along with body aches. Now I am experiencing pain and difficulty while passing urine. Blood and urine reports are attached. Please guide me on what to do.
