Hi Doctor, earlier the doctor mentioned that he has heart problems and prescribed medicines. Later, we were told it was thyroid related, and now the doctor is saying it is a liver infection. We feel we are not getting a clear solution or proper guidance. Please advise us on what should be done next.

When multiple health issues are mentioned (heart, thyroid, liver), its important to get a comprehensive evaluation from a specialist. Sometimes symptoms overlap, and without full tests, diagnosis may change. Consider a second opinion with all past reports and a full body review. This will help connect all findings and give a clear treatment path. Please get the following tests done: CBC, LFT, RFT, ECG, ECHO, TSH, USG Abdomen
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test

View allI am 22 years old and have been experiencing chest pain on the left side. I recently had a blood test, and the report shows an elevated WBC count of 12,440 and neutrophils at 77. All other parameters are within the normal range. Could this be a sign of blood cancer, or is it related to some other infection or condition?

Which is the best test to detect appendix inflammation? If a CT scan is performed, is it better to do it with contrast or without contrast?

My baby is 1.6 years old. Last week, he had fever, cold, and cough. Now, the fever has subsided and he only coughs occasionally, but I have noticed that he is more cranky than usual and sleeps a lot. Is this normal post-viral behavior, or should I be concerned about his activity level? I am a bit worried. I have attached his blood report for your review.
