Your lipid profile is mostly fine, but HDL is slightly low. Continue exercising and follow a low fat diet. Retest in a few months. Consult a doctor to decide if any lifestyle changes or treatment is needed.

My cholesterol is around 250 to 270 mg/dL. Should I continue this medication regularly?

I recently underwent a lipid profile test, and my results show that my VLDL cholesterol is 67 (normal range is 7 to 40) and triglycerides are 335 (classified as high, with a range of 200 to 499). I would like to understand what these results mean, whether they indicate harmful levels, and what steps I should take to address them. I have attached the report for your detailed review.

I recently had general tests done at Thyrocare, and the report shows that my cholesterol level is high. Could you please check my report and advise? I do not want to do another test and just want guidance based on this report.
