I am attaching my lipid profile reports, one from yesterday and one from January, so that a comparison can be made. Could you please advise if there anything concerning in these reports? Does obesity directly contribute to an increase in LDL? I am a vegetarian. How can I increase HDL and lower LDL naturally? My HDL has been around 50 to 53 over the past two years. Do I need medication to improve my cholesterol levels, or can lifestyle changes suffice?

Obesity can raise LDL and lower HDL. Your HDL is fair. Improve with exercise, nuts, seeds, olive oil. You may not need meds if total cholesterol risk is low.

I recently underwent a lipid profile test, and my results show that my VLDL cholesterol is 67 (normal range is 7 to 40) and triglycerides are 335 (classified as high, with a range of 200 to 499). I would like to understand what these results mean, whether they indicate harmful levels, and what steps I should take to address them. I have attached the report for your detailed review.

I am attaching my blood test report. Please suggest what I can do to bring the values to normal. My belly and chest fat are increasing even though I do not consume fast food or oily foods. Please advise a diet plan and lifestyle changes I should follow?
