I recently had general tests done at Thyrocare, and the report shows that my cholesterol level is high. Could you please check my report and advise? I do not want to do another test and just want guidance based on this report.

Without numbers, recommend a low saturated fat diet, regular activity. Recheck after 2to3 months to monitor response to lifestyle changes.

View allI recently underwent a lipid profile test, and my results show that my VLDL cholesterol is 67 (normal range is 7 to 40) and triglycerides are 335 (classified as high, with a range of 200 to 499). I would like to understand what these results mean, whether they indicate harmful levels, and what steps I should take to address them. I have attached the report for your detailed review.
