Hi doctor, I have been diagnosed with a thyroid problem for the past two years. At present, I am taking 100 mg Thyronorm. Recently my blood report shows TSH 0.32, T3 0.92, and T4 11.50. What does this mean?

Your TSH is slightly low but T3/T4 are normalmay be borderline over-treatment. Please repeat TSH and adjust dose if trend persists.

My mother feels heaviness in her head for a long period of time. During this, she finds it very difficult to remember things and feels tired. Continuous brain fatigue is making her very weak over time. Recently, her hormone levels have decreased. I am attaching her blood test report. My recent test report shows T3 1.06 ng/ml (normal range 0.6 to 1.81), T4 9.90 microgram/dL (normal range 3.2 to 12.6), and TSH 8.01 microIU/mL (normal range 0.35 to 5.5). The test was done according to CLIA. Should there be any change in the dose of thyroxine?
