Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing fever and headache without any cough, runny nose, or sore throat. I consulted a doctor who initially suspected dengue and advised me to take paracetamol. However, after receiving my lab report, it shows no signs of dengue. The concern is that for the past few days, my fever only goes down temporarily with paracetamol. What could be the cause, and what should I do next?

For the last 20 days I have been feeling dizziness. My eyes and ears are fine. But my blood report shows my eosinophils are slightly high at about 7. Can this be the reason for the dizziness?
