Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing high BP 130/92. As advised, I got KFT and LFT done. The reports are normal except for slightly high total protein in KFT and low urea levels. Should I also undergo an eGFR test at this stage?

These changes may suggest mild kidney function changes. eGFR helps assess actual filtration. It is advisable to get it done.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a eGFR Test (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) Test or Take a Urine ACR Test Test

Hello Doctor, I experienced severe dizziness, shortness of breath, and palpitations, so I consulted a doctor and underwent several tests. Could you please review my report and let me know if there is anything serious? I also have swelling in both ankles, but without any pain.
