He is currently on antianginal medications: Diltiazem 90 mg, Ranolazine 500 mg, Flavedon MR, and Monotarate 20. Today, his blood report shows: Serum creatinine: 1.28 mg/dl Serum uric acid: 7.5 mg/dl Urine RM: Proteinuria 10 mg/dl Does this indicate a kidney problem, or is it nothing to worry about?
