My BUN level is 3.5 mg per dL. This is below the normal range as per my blood report. Is this a serious issue? Please advise what I need to do?

A mildly low BUN is not usually serious. Could be due to overhydration or low protein diet. No specific treatment needed if kidney function is otherwise normal. Please do the required kidney function panel to confirm.

View allHello Doctor, I experienced severe dizziness, shortness of breath, and palpitations, so I consulted a doctor and underwent several tests. Could you please review my report and let me know if there is anything serious? I also have swelling in both ankles, but without any pain.

I want to show my report and ask about the issues and possible solutions. The report mentions minimal overfilling of the pelvicalyceal system in my left kidney, with calyceal dilatation of approximately 9 mm.

I feel numbness in both legs and I feel very tired with occasional pain in the stomach. My urine is sometimes yellow and sometimes light red. I do not feel appetite. I want to know if my report is normal.
