I want to show my report and ask about the issues and possible solutions. The report mentions minimal overfilling of the pelvicalyceal system in my left kidney, with calyceal dilatation of approximately 9 mm.

I am a 54 year old male with a 15 year history of type 2 diabetes. On 11th July, I underwent a microalbumin urine test. The results were: Spot Urine Microalbumin is 421.8 mg/L, Microalbumin/Creatinine ratio is 1562.22 mg/g, and blood creatinine is 1.30 mg/dL. Other results include hemoglobin 9.9 g/dL, sodium 139 mmol/L, and potassium 4.60 mmol/L. I would like your suggestions regarding these results and the next steps I should take.
