Two months ago, I experienced stomach pain and underwent an ultrasound scan. The report showed that the pelvicalyceal system in my left kidney is prominent, possibly due to a lower ureteric calculus (stone). The liver appears normal in size and shape, with no focal lesions or other abnormalities. After medication, my pain has reduced to minimal levels, but I want to be sure that there are no remaining stones. I am willing to consult at a good hospital for further evaluation. Please advise on how to confirm the absence of stones and what steps I should take next. Thank you.

Likely passed stone, but follow up scan helps confirm. Enlarged liver with normal structure is not concerning. Stay hydrated.

View allMy urine report shows blood present 1 plus, leukocytes about 15, and red blood cells 8 to 10. I usually run daily and three days ago I felt pain in my lower right back while running but I continued. Since then I have been facing lower back pain and I need to force myself to urinate. The pain in the lower right back has not stopped and I still feel difficulty while passing urine.
