I am a 54 year old male with a 15 year history of type 2 diabetes. On 11th July, I underwent a microalbumin urine test. The results were: Spot Urine Microalbumin is 421.8 mg/L, Microalbumin/Creatinine ratio is 1562.22 mg/g, and blood creatinine is 1.30 mg/dL. Other results include hemoglobin 9.9 g/dL, sodium 139 mmol/L, and potassium 4.60 mmol/L. I would like your suggestions regarding these results and the next steps I should take. Please advise as soon as possible.
