Hi doctor, I have done my S.AMH test, and my result is 1.22. Is this normal to get pregnant? The doctor also suggested taking CoQ10 tablets. Can you please tell me if this is a normal report?

An AMH level of 1.22 is considered low normal and indicates reduced ovarian reserve, but many women with this value still conceive naturally, especially with regular cycles and healthy lifestyle. Your doctor has advised CoQ10 tablets, which can help improve egg quality and support conception efforts. Continue a healthy diet, exercise, and try regularly. If you are trying for a few months without success, your doctor may plan further evaluation. You can repeat AMH and antral follicle count if needed during fertility monitoring.

View allMy AMH level is 1.25, and I am trying to conceive. The doctor told me that my AMH value is decreasing and advised me to get IUI or IVF done. My question is, what is the best time to get accurate results of AMH, and is there any other option available other than IUI and IVF? Please help me.
