With both fallopian tubes removed, IVF (test tube baby) is the only option. Success rate depends on age, egg quality, and sperm health. Choose an IVF center with high success rates. Do AMH, AFC, and semen analysis before starting. IVF by passes tubes, so this case is eligible.

My wife has PCOS. After treatment with IUI, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were done. After this, we tried IUI twice but it was not successful. Her reports are normal. The doctor says that after laparoscopy, pregnancy is possible, but it has not happened yet. During her periods, bleeding is very light, only 1 to 3 drops. We do not have enough money for IVF.
